Our main offices are in the UAE and Oman, and we manage end-to-end documentation flows between the UAE, India, and Oman. For visa services, we currently process applications for 33+ destinations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North America, and Australia/Oceania.
Who can use your services — individuals, families, or companies?
All of the above. We work with individual travellers and residents, families relocating or sponsoring dependants, and companies that need commercial document attestation, employee visas, or bulk processing.

Attestation
What is document attestation, and why do I need it?
Attestation is the official process of verifying that your document is genuine, so it can be legally accepted in another country. It is required for things like getting a job abroad, enrolling in a foreign university, sponsoring a family visa, registering a marriage, or starting a business overseas. Without proper attestation, government authorities will not accept your educational, personal, or commercial papers.
Which types of documents do you handle?

What are Attestation Combos and why should I choose one?
Some documents need approvals from several different government offices in a specific order. Instead of applying for each step separately, our Attestation Combos bundle the full chain into a single managed process — for example, MEA + UAE Embassy + MOFA, or Arabic translation + Justice UAE + MOFA. Combos are faster, cheaper, and far less stressful than running each step individually.

Can you help me apply for the UAE Golden Visa?
Yes. The UAE Golden Visa is one of our key services. We assess your eligibility under the available categories — such as investors, entrepreneurs, skilled professionals, outstanding students, and people with specialised talents — and handle the application end-to-end. This includes preparing supporting documents, attestations where needed, and submission to the relevant UAE authorities. Our team will give you a clear list of requirements upfront so there are no surprises.
How long does a visa application take?
Processing times depend on the destination country and the type of visa. Some E-Visas (such as Indonesia, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Malaysia) can be turned around in 3 to 12 hours, while others (such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and South Africa) take 15 to 35 days. What happens if my visa is rejected?
Visa decisions are made by the immigration authorities of each country, and not by Levin Global, so approval is never guaranteed. If your visa is rejected, our team will help you understand the reason, advise on whether reapplication is feasible, and prepare a stronger application where possible. Government fees paid to embassies are non-refundable, but our service fees and refund policy will be clearly explained before you start.

What are typing services and when do I need them?
Many UAE government and labour applications must be submitted on official typed forms in the correct format and language. Even small mistakes can cause rejections or long delays. Our typing experts prepare these documents accurately and in line with current regulations, including:

How safe are my original documents during processing?
We treat every original document with full chain-of-custody care, and our staff log each handover. For additional protection, we also offer a dedicated Document Insurance service, which covers your originals while they are being processed or shipped — giving you financial peace of mind in the unlikely event of loss or damage.
Do I have to come to your office, or can you collect documents from me?
You don’t have to come in. Our Value-Added Services include home pickup and drop-off within the UAE, plus domestic and international courier services. This means we can collect your documents from your home or office, process them, and return or forward them wherever they need to go.
Pricing, Payment & Refunds
How are your fees structured?
Our pricing is straightforward. For each visa, you pay a single transparent service fee in AED, plus the official government fee where applicable. There are no hidden charges and no upfront consultation fees. The fee for every country is listed publicly on the E-Visa Services page. For attestation, typing, and Golden Visa cases, fees vary by document type and complexity, and a complete quote will be shared with you before any work begins.
What is your refund policy?
Government fees and embassy fees are non-refundable, since they are paid directly to the relevant authority. Refunds on Levin Global service fees depend on what stage your application has reached. Our consultants will share the specific refund terms in writing before you confirm your application.

Every application moves through three clear stages: (1) Application — you submit your documents through Levin Global; (2) Verification — we check every document for accuracy and compliance, then submit to the authority; (3) Processing — we coordinate directly with the authority and keep you updated at each step.
